If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses LaunchPad, a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password as these directions will not apply to you.

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to your ADAM login page (e.g., https://adamexam.com or https://ltr.adamexam.com; ask a test administrator what URL applies to you)
  2. Select Forgot password? on the ADAM login page.
  3. Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox.
  4. Click Send Reset Email.

You should receive an email from noreply@mail.adamexam.com that contains a temporary link. Open the link in the welcome email to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam or Junk mail.

You can use the password link in the welcome email only once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
