Manually Create a Proctor Group
Proctor groups are generated automatically for administrations, but you also can manually create proctor groups that can be assigned to a school in or out of your org scope. Note that a class may have students being administered assessments in multiple proctor groups, but the student results will still be associatedEdit Proctor Group Membership
Users who have rights to create proctor groups can edit which students, if any, are in a proctor group. Students testing on paper do not need to be in a proctor group. To edit proctor group membership: To to Test Management > Administrations. Filter as needed to locate the Administration Card. In the ProctorDelete or Hide a Proctor Group
Users with the ability to create groups can also hide and delete groups. The ‘Delete’ option is only available when a proctor group has no students assigned. 'Hide Empty' is a toggle to view all groups or only those with students. 'Hide Inactive is a toggle to hide any proctor groups that are currently set to inactiveDeactivate a Proctor Group
Users with rights to 'Edit Proctor Group Status' can change the status of a proctor group from active to inactive. Once the proctor group is set to inactive, when a student tries to use that test code a ‘Proctor Group Inactive’ warning will be shown on screen. When moving students from one group to another, edit the destination group. When you add the student to move, they are automatically removed from their original group.
