The original roster in a Delivery is created by uploading a CSV containing the participants eligible to take the test.  As long as the test is still active, new participants can be added to the eligible list.

  1. Navigate to Test Management | Deliveries
  2. Find the Delivery needing new participants

    • Click the vertical ellipses
    • Click the Upload New CSV link
  3. This opens a modal very similar to the Dynamic Students step when the Delivery was originally created. This step rosters the students eligible to take this test.  Your file requires the information defined in the Field Set - Auth Fields.  The template provides the format for the file you should upload.

    If your students have accommodations, the accommodations should be appended to the end of the upload file.  See Add Accommodations to Delivery Upload of Students.
  4. Click the 'download example template...' to get a sample import csv file.

    The proctor_group column in the file is used to separate the test takers into smaller groups.  The same proctor group can be used for all students.

    Add your file to the 'Choose a file or drop it here' field. Choose Submit after uploading your roster file.

This process can only be used to add participants to the eligible list of test takers.  If you are trying to modify an existing participant, delete the session and re-upload that participant with the modified information.
