When student testing warnings or errors exist, the flag at the top of any non-task page will change colors to notify you. Click the flag to reveal a list, then select an item from the list to view more detail.

These errors and warnings only occur when a student has tested and the test has been submitted, but the test submission cannot be processed because of a problem with the data.

Errors and warnings include information about the data problems that triggered the error or warning.

Data problems must be resolved before student responses can be scored.

View and Resolve

Warnings and errors serve only to inform you. Each one includes a description of the problem so that you know how to fix it.

Categories help you triage and prioritize your efforts when time is limited. You must fix all errors for the related record to be saved, but you can save a record when there are warnings of either type. For example, if a record has one error and two warnings, you must fix the error, but then you can save the record and come back later to fix the warnings.
