What is happening?

After 5 p.m. CST, on November 20, Pearson plans to automatically push an update to the TestNav desktop app that includes improved safeguards for Saved Response Files (SRFs).

 What does this mean?

Customers using the TestNav desktop app (from or the Microsoft Windows 10 Store) will benefit from these safeguards in the event that a student loses Internet connectivity during testing.
This update affects only the TestNav desktop app, and not TestNav for Android, Chrome, or iOS.

 What do I need to do (and how do I do it)?

Customers only need to restart TestNav after November 20 for it to automatically update. No other action is required.
