What is happening?
Update - January 2, 2019
Microsoft resolved the issue below; therefore Pearson unblocked Windows 10, build 17763.107 and higher.
Pearson has released a TestNav patch to block Windows 10, version 1809 and above due to an issue that may impact test security. Microsoft plans to release a Windows update to correct the issue, upon which Pearson will unblock that version.
As of October 18, Pearson has begun to reach out to customers to schedule a time to push the patch.
What does this mean?
Customers planning to use TestNav on Windows 10 should not update their devices to the most recently released Windows version. Customers should also work with Pearson to take the TestNav patch update.
What do I need to do (and how do I do it)?
Customers should monitor TestNav Online Support for updates on support for a future Windows 10 version that addresses this issue. When Pearson adds support for a future Windows 10 version, customers can choose to update to that version.
