The AI Instructions page supports instructional content upload and consumption at the bank level for AI content generation. This enables permissioned users to upload instruction files (PDF, DOCX, XLSX) to provide contextual guidance for AI item generation, enhancing the system's ability to create aligned educational content. Users with bank edit permissions can select the AI Instructions tab and then Choose Files to upload instructional material that will be available to all users who have access to that bank.
Once saved to the bank and activated for use during generation, users who have permissions to generate new AI content will see a Use Instructions button on the screen. Once selected, users can choose which instruction to use or select them all. Once selected, when users select the Generate Interactions button, these instructions will provide contextual guidance for AI item generation.
