Use the Blocklist page to prevent students from starting tests from the ADAM lockdown/kiosk browser or TestNav while running common chat apps. When a student is blocked due to running another app, they may need to be reseated in order to try logging in again, so it is important to communicate that students should close all other apps prior to testing.
- Go to System > Client Settings.
- Click the Blocklist tab.
- Select the appropriate blocklist settings.
- ADAM Lockdown Browser Blocklist: Students will not be able to start their test session while running common chat apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
- TestNav App Blocklist: Students will not be able to start their test session while running any of the selected browsers, messaging apps, or music streaming apps.
- Click Submit.
