Use the Blocklist page to prevent students from starting tests from the ADAM lockdown/kiosk browser or TestNav while running common chat apps. This page is only available to designated admin roles. 

  1. Go to System > Client Settings.
  2. Click the Blocklist tab.
  3. Select the appropriate blocklist settings.
    • ADAM Lockdown Browser Blocklist – Students will not be able to start their test session while running common chat apps such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Zoom, WebEx, etc.
    • TestNav App Blocklist – Students will not be able to start their test session while running any of the selected browsers, messaging apps, or music streaming apps.
  4. Click Submit.
