This information is a part of Manage Groups.


Groups provide a convenient way to assign online tests to multiple students. You can choose to use groups to manage student test assignments or you can choose to assign individual students to a test.

Create Groups

To create a group, follow these steps:

  1. From Setup > Groups, open the task list and select Create / Edit Groups. Click Start.

  2. Enter the details for the new group. Click Create.

Edit Groups

When you edit a group, you can change the name of the group or the associated organization.

To edit a group, follow these steps:

  1. From Setup > Groups, search to find group(s), or click the down arrow next to the Search button and select Show all results. Select the group(s) you want to edit.

  2. Open the task list and select Create / Edit Groups. Click Start.

  3. Select a group from the list on the left. Edit the details for the group. Click Save.
