Pearson currently supports iOS 11.1 and 11.2 Please note that App Check does not work with iOS 11.1. Customers who attempt to use App Check with this iOS version must restart the device to continue testing.

Pearson recently released a TestNav patch that blocks iOS 11.0 due to the issue described in this bulletin.

What is happening?

Pearson reviewed iOS 11.0 release and identified an issue that may impact test security. As a result, Pearson will release a TestNav patch to block iOS 11 until Apple addresses the issue in a future iOS 11 release. 

What does this mean?

Pearson will make this TestNav patch available before October 20 and update this bulletin accordingly. If customers choose to take the TestNav patch, Pearson will automatically push the patch when customers decide to take it.

What do I need to do (and how do I do it)?

Customers should monitor TestNav Online Support for updates on Pearson's support for a future iOS 11 version that addresses this issue. When Pearson adds support for a future iOS 11 version, customers can choose to update to that version.
