Students are the test-takers within an organization. Student data refers to student demographic data and test-related information. You (or another authorized user) must enter student data into the system before you (or another authorized user) can assign students to an online or paper test. You can delete a student record if: A student moves to a new school/district/state outside of his/her enrolled organization. The student has not signed in to start testing. If a student is testing, you cannot delete the student record. When you delete a student record, the system deletes the test and groupAssign Users to Student Tests
You can assign users to student tests to limit the data available to that user. By default, authorized users can view all student and test data in their assigned administration.
