Microsoft resolved the issue below; therefore Pearson unblocked Windows 10, build 17763.107 and higher.
Pearson has released a TestNav pat= ch to block Windows 10, version 1809 and above due to an issue that may impact test security. Microsoft plans to release a Windows update to correct the = issue, upon which Pearson will unblock that version.
As of October 18, Pearson has begun to reach out to customers to schedule= a time to push the patch.
Customers planning to use TestNav = on Windows 10 should not update their devices to the most recently released= Windows version. Customers should also work with Pearson to take the TestN= av patch update.
Customers should monitor TestNav Online Support for upd= ates on support for a future Windows 10 version that addresses this issue. = When Pearson adds support for a future Windows 10 version, customers can ch= oose to update to that version.
