- You must assign a section to a project before you can save a new section
- There is no limit to how many sections can be assigned to a project
- A project must be active to allow scoring
- A scorer can be in sections that are assigned to multiple projects. So it is possible to have scorers assigned to multiple projects.
- You can deactivate/activate a project as many times as you would like.
Add a New Project
- Login Log in as a user who has Project Setup permissions enabled.
- Click on Select the Project Setup menu option on the left navigation bar.
- Click Select the
button button. - Enter the new Project information
- Project Detail - set : Set the Project Name, Description and Active toggle
- Scoring Availability: - set Set when a Project is open for scheduling
- Scheduling - set : Set scheduling and notification
- Save the Project.
