Pearson pushes major TestNav upgrades twice a year—in summer and in winter. Pearson coordinates with each program a timeline for pushing an upgraded TestNav version with each program, depending on testing sessions. At the coordinated time, the upgrade pushes to your program without any action required. If a student did not sign out of a device, the next student to use the device may need to sign in again to begin testing with the latest version.
