Some features are only available to some user accounts. Each user account has a user role(s) and permissions associated with it. These permissions control the data the user can view and actions the user can perform. If you do not see a specific feature, your account is not configured to access it. See Manage Users for more information.
Your testing program will provide information identifying user roles and what each is permitted to do and see.
Option - Authorize Through Organizations
To approve or reject a request to proceed with reporting from within Organizations, follow these steps:
From Setup > Organizations, search to find your organization or click the down arrow next to the Search button and select Show all results. Select the organization.
Click the Select Tasks drop-down and select Manage ATR Status. Click Start.
Select the organization and click Authorized to Report.
Option - Authorize Through Work Requests
To approve or reject a request to proceed with reporting using Work Requests, follow these steps:
From Setup > Work Requests, click the Work Type filter and select Final Reporting. Select your organization.
Click the Select Tasks drop-down and select Approve / Reject Final Reporting. Click Start.
Select the organization, click Approve or Reject, as appropriate.
View Pending Reporting Approvals
To view pending enrollment approvals, click the red bell icon at the top of the page and click Reporting Requests.
View Reporting Requests
From Setup > Work Requests, click the Work Type filter select Final Reporting. All reporting requests will be listed.
To view by reporting status, from the Status filter select a transfer status: Waiting for Approval, Rejected or Approved, all related requests will be listed.
