The system indicates when discrepancies in student data are identified. The table at the bottom of this page describes the categories of discrepancies you may encounter.
Errors and Warnings Notification
A red flag at the top of a page indicates issues with the student data.
View and Fix Errors
To view and fix errors, follow these steps:
Click the flag to reveal a list, then select Student Errors to be taken to Testing > Rejected Student Tests.

View and Fix Warnings
To view and fix warnings, follow these steps:
Click the flag to reveal a list, then select Student Critical Warnings or Student Warnings to be taken to Setup > Students, with the appropriate warning filter already selected so that the appropriate set of student records are displayed.
In the list of students, the students with warnings will have an indicator that includes a number, informing you of the number of issues found with that student's record. Click the information icon

Scroll through the information to find the specific details for each warning.
How you fix warnings will differ, depending on why the warning exists. Because these warnings are related to test administration registration, to fix them select the student from the list in Setup > Students and then edit the student's registration by selecting Register Students from the task list and clicking Start.
View and edit the student's registration. The number of warnings are listed at the right, and when you scroll down the page, the issues are highlighted.
- Click Save.
