Some features are only available to some user accounts. Each user account has a user role(s) and permissions associated with it. These permissions control the data the user can view and actions the user can perform. If you do not see a specific feature, your account is not configured to access it. See Manage Users for more information.

Your testing program will provide information identifying user roles and what each is permitted to do and see.

Student test irregularities are issues or deviations affecting the normal testing process. 

To manage irregularities, follow these steps:

  1. From Testing > Students Tests search to find the student(s), or click the down arrow next to the Search button and click Show all results.  
    You can change the Find Students setting to show students in your currently selected administration or in all available administrations.

  2. Open the task list, select Manage Irregularities, and click Start.

  3. Select students and enter details. 

    • To apply irregularity details to all of the selected students, enter the irregularities details above the student names, and then click Apply to Selected.

    • To apply irregularity details to individual students, enter details in each student's row.

      To add more than one irregularity reasons or different dates when the irregularity took place, click + (next to Comment on each student's row).

  4. Click Save.
