You can send a reminder to a user to activate his or her user account after the initial welcome email. 

Step-by-Step

  1. In the main menu, click (or tap) Users.
  2. Select a user account or user accounts with Pending status.
  3. Click Resend User Invite.
  4. Click Confirm.
