You can track an order's status, and review and resolve shipping issues.
Confirm your role and project under your name, and your district or school in the Organization dropdown. If you have access to multiple projects or organizations, click each dropdown to select the one(s) you want to view.
- From the main menu, click (or tap) Shipments.
- Click a tracking number, or first, enter search criteria.
- Click SHIP TO PEARSON to see details of Pearson inbound shipments.
- Click ADDITIONAL ORDERS to see details of testing materials ordered after initial materials are ordered.

Tracking Number - links to the carrier's website to view additional details about the shipment and delivery. Common carriers and correlating codes (U=UPS, F=FedEx,USPSP=US Postal Service, X=XPO). If using carriers other than UPS, FedEx, USPS, or XPO, tracking numbers will not have hyperlinks.
Pickup date - expected and/or actual date the carrier picked up the package.
Scheduled Delivery date - anticipated delivery date of the shipment.
Actual Delivery date - indicates the date the package was delivered.
Status - indicates that the shipment is either in transit or delivered. Shipment statuses update every 2 hours from the carrier website.
Additional Orders' Details
Order # - displays additional order details.
Administration - indicates the name and organization code.
District - indicates the name and organization code.
School - indicates the name and organization code (school values may be blank if the order was shipped to a district).
Updated by - indicates the user who last updated the order.
Updated - indicates the date / time the order was last updated (the timestamp appears in the user's timezone).
Status - indicates that the shipment is either a Draft, Ordered, or Released. Shipment statuses update every 2 hours from the carrier website.
