RTPaaS shares TestNav hardware and software requirements with one exception—Linux is not supported.

As with TestNav, unmanaged Chromebooks are also not supported.

Must be on TestNav 8.26 or higher.

Must be using PAN for the Required Group Call feature.

Other requirements

• Each student's network must support 5 mbps for upload speed.
• Each proctor's network must support 10 mbps download speed. If more than one proctor is on the same network, the number of proctors multiplied by 10 identifies the download speed needed to support the proctor team.
• All devices used must have working cameras, microphones and speakers.
