Issue: Error 7037 Occurs with Dropbox Plugin

TestNav users have reported occurrences of error code 7037 while trying to launch the test. Pearson support has found that the Dropbox plugin can cause this error. 

If you have completed the steps listed in error message 7037 and the issue persists, complete these steps:

  1. Uninstall the Dropbox plugin from affected computers.
  2. Clear your cache.
  3. Resume the student's login and have the student log in again.
