Select the user accounts for which you want to remove system access and permissions. In order to regain system access, deleted user accounts need to be restored by an authorized user.

  1. From Setup > Users, search to find the user(s) you want to disable or enable or click the down arrow next to the Search button to reveal and select the option to show all results. Select the user(s) you want to edit.

  2. Open the task list and select Delete / Restore Users and click Start.

  3. Confirm your decision by marking the box(es) next to the user(s) in the list and click Delete / Restore.
