You can track your order status status, and review and resolve shipping issues.
To track shipments, follow these steps:
From Setup > Orders & Shipment Tracking, search to find your order(s). You can change the search to find orders placed or updated during a longer period of time by changing the setting in the box next to the Search button.
Click the information icon next to the order number.
To view various order details, click a tab.
To view shipment and tracking information (where available), click the Shipments tab.
If there are problems with a shipment, the problems can be reported here. Once reported, Pearson will be notified so that Pearson personnel can resolve the issue and enter resolution notes.
To report a shipping issue or mark an issue as resolved, follow these steps:
From Setup > Orders & Shipment Tracking, select the check box(es) next to the order(s) you want to report you have an issue with. Orders must have already been processed and shipped; these will have a status of either transit or delivered.
Open the task list and select Report / Resolve Issues. Click Start.
Select your order from the Orders list at the left. Enter the required details. Click Save.
After a shipping issue has been reported, an indicator icon displays next to the order.
