What is happening? 

The TestNav desktop app (1.7.3) is crashing or freezing on Chrome versions 66 and lower. 

What does this mean?

Customers using Chrome should update to Chrome 67.

What do I need to do (and how do I do it)?
  1. Update to Chrome 67.
  2. See the setup page for TestNav on Chrome OS. 
  3. Follow setup instructions for the TestNav app.

Pearson strongly recommends that customers follow the provided instructions to run AppCheck and a full infrastructure trial to verify that devices and assistive technology perform as expected.
