Enrollment counts are used primarily for ordering materials for paper testing, such as for test booklets or for special needs like large print and braille.
There are two methods of entering enrollment counts:
Enrollment counts can be reviewed and updated until a specified closing date. On the closing date, an order for test materials is automatically submitted and materials are shipped to schools before the scheduled testing windows. Consult your testing program to learn more about closing dates.
To enter enrollment counts directly in the application, follow these steps:
Marking Enrollment Counts Entry Complete indicates whether your organization has entered final figures and can be done here or under Setup > Organizations > Manage Completion Statuses, as described in Manage Participation in Test Administrations. The only difference between the two is that Manage Completion Statuses lists multiple organizations on the same page, making it useful for district and state level users to view the status of many organizations at the same time.
