What is happening?

Pearson plans to drop support for operating system (OS) and browser versions below by the indicated time frame.

2019-2020 School Year

OS versions:

  • iOS 11.4.1 and below
  • macOS 10.11 and below
  • Chrome OS 73 and below
  • Linux Fedora 
    Pearson plans to continue support only for Linux Ubuntu.

Browser versions (used only for practice tests):

  • Chrome 73 and below
  • Firefox 62 and below
  • Safari 11.x and below

2020-2021 School Year

Pearson has temporarily delayed dropping support for Windows 7 and 8.1 to ensure that students requiring distance learning due to COVID-19 can access TestNav tests, if they are running those OSs.
