New User Account or Forgot Password

If a new user was created and they did not receive the new user email they can navigate to the home page and click Forgot Password?.  

They will be presented with a page asking for their email address. The email address they enter must match the email used to create their account. Once they enter their email and submit, they will receive another email from noreply@mail.oscarscore.com instructing them how to reset their password.
