Users with specific permissions can access Transcend reports after a test administration is complete. Transcend reports appear, depending on each click within a report and the organization-level to which you are pinned.



Prerequisites

  • The test administration is complete and students have submitted their tests.
  • Confirm your administration, role, and organization level within the assessment management system.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click Reports and select Transcend Reports.
  2. The Status Overview Report appears with the score and performance level distributions for each grade level in a district or a school. 
  3. Click a grade to see the subgroups of that grade (for example, schools in the district, or classes in the school).
  4. Click Details next to each grade and subgroup to see the Status and Growth Summary Report for that student group.
  5. Click Drill Down next to each subgroup to see the Status Overview Report for that student group.
    For example, within the Status Overview Report for the district level, you can click Drill Down for a school to see the Status Overview Report for that school.
