If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password.
- Go to your ADAM login page (e.g., https://adamexam.com or https://ltr.adamexam.com; ask a test administrator what URL applies to you)
- Select Forgot password? on the ADAM login page.
- Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox.
- Click the Send Reset Email button.
You should receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org that contains a temporary link. Open the link in the welcome email to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam or Junk mail.
