When forms are created outside ADAM > AD Authoring for TestNav delivery, the loaded forms may not have a user-friendly title. Currently, the form display name is from the 'Form' name imported from TestNav (concatenation of ‘External Test Name’ and ‘Identifier’). You can edit the form name displayed to users of ADAM, including on the Administration Card. Note: This feature is available to LTR sites in Summer '25.

To modify the form label:

  1. Navigate to Authoring > Forms.
  2. For a form in the list, select Edit in the Actions menu.
  3. Change the Display Name.
