This information is a part of Manage Users.

To reset the password for a user that you administer, follow the steps on this page:

  1. From Setup > Users, search to find the user(s) you want or click the down arrow next to the Search button to reveal and select the option to show all results. Select the user(s).

  2. Open the task list and select Reset Passwords and click Start.

  3. Select the user(s) from the list on the new page and click Reset PasswordsAn email will be sent to the user(s) confirming the reset password request. The user(s) can then create a new password.
