Navigation: Reporting> Completion

Overview

This report is designed to show the real-time status of every response that has been loaded into the tenant.  A scoring supervisor or admin can quickly see the state of the responses and how close an item/project is to completion. The report includes different Functionality to support Project management and contains data on various statuses (Definitions) of responses. Only "active" Projects will be displayed in the Completion Report and note that a Role Permission can be used to limit the view to only Sections that the user is assigned.

The Completion Report has three cards that display tenant-level data for the number of Responses loaded, the number of responses that have a Flag, and the total number of Responses in the Complete state. Below that is a collapsable table view of all Sections and Items in a project.

Functionality

Aside from viewing the state of responses, there are some features unique to the Completion Report designed to assist with Project Management. All functionality of the Completion Report is available to any user with access to the page, though the user should also have Auditing Access to take full advantage of the available features.

The "My Assignments Only" checkbox in the top right of the page will limit the view to only sections where the user is assigned. This checkbox will have no effect if the Reporting page is already limited to user's own teams through the Role Permission for "Auditing to Assigned Sections."

The completion statistics for every Project can be exported by using the export button  found to the right of the Project name. This can be formatted as a .csv or pdf file.

The value for each cell in the table is a clickable link that will take the user to the Auditing page with the appropriate filters pre-selected. For example, clicking on the total number of Unscored responses for an item will take the user to the Auditing page for that Section and Item with the response state already filtered for "Unscored."

Selecting the chart icon next to an item name will take the user to the Burndown Report. This is a unique report that displays the average number of scores and score item by day for an item. These values will be used to create a graph that will predict when the project will finish. The user can also input their own values to generate a predictive line graph.
