If your organization uses LaunchPad, a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password as these directions will not apply to you.

1. Go to your ADAM login page (such as https://adamexam.com or https://ltr.adamexam.com

1. on the ADAM login page.
2. Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox.

should receive an email from

noreply@mail.adamexam.com that contains a temporary link.

Open the link in the welcome email

to create a new password for your account

. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Note: You can use the password link in the welcome email

only

once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
