If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses LaunchPad, a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password as these directions will not apply to you. You should receive an email from noreply@mail.adamexam.com that contains a temporary link. Open the link in the welcome email to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk mail folder. Note: You can use the password link in the welcome email only once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
