If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses LaunchPad, a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password as these directions will not apply to you.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to Go to your ADAM login page (such as https://adamexam.com or https://ltr.adamexam.com.  ; ask a test administrator what URL applies to you if not sure).
2. Select Forgot password? on the ADAM login page.
3. Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox. 
4. Click the Send Reset Email button.

You should receive an email from no_reply@mzdevinc noreply@mail.adamexam.com that contains a temporary link. Open the link in the welcome email to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam spam or Junk junk mail folder.
