If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses LaunchPad, a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password as these directions will not apply to you.

1. Go to your ADAM login page (such as https://adamexam.com or Go to https://ltr.adamexam.com.  ; ask a test administrator what URL applies to you if not sure).
2. SelectClick the Forgot password? button on the ADAM login page.
3. Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox. 
4. Click the Send Reset Email button.

You will should receive an email from no_reply@mzdevinc noreply@mail.adamexam.com that contains a temporary link. Click Open the link in the welcome email . You will be asked to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Note: You can use Please note that the password link in the welcome email can only be used once. The email link expires after 24 hours.
