  1. Log in to the Google Admin console for your domain.
  2. From the Google Admin Console Home, click Devices.

  3. Click Chrome Management.

  4. Click Device Settings.

  5. Select your organization unit from the list on the left. 

  6. Scroll down to the Sign-In Settings section. 

  7. Click Save at the top-right corner, if you made changes.

  8. Click Save in the top-right corner if you changed the User Data settings.

  9. Return to Devices > Chrome Management.
  10. Select Apps & Extensions.

  11. Select the desired Organization Unit from the list on the left.

  12. Click the Kiosks tab.
  13. Hover over the yellow circle with the ‘Plus’ symbol in the bottom-right, and click the Chrome symbol to Add from Chrome Web Store.
    Do not add TestNav from Google Play. Google Play contains TestNav for Android and not for ChromeOS.

  14. Search for TestNav and click the + Select button.

Unmanaged Chromebooks/Chromeboxes purchased in 2017 and later cannot run in kiosk mode. See Google Support for more information.

  1. Open a new tab in Chrome, and enter chrome://extensions in the address bar. Click Enter.
  2. Turn on Developer Mode.
  3. Click Manage kiosk applications...
    If you do not see Manage kiosk applications... you do not have the correct owner account information. Input the correct information, or go back to step 1 and create a new owner account.
  4. Enter the TestNav ID - mdmkkicfmmkgmpkmkdikhlbggogpicma in the Add kiosk application field.
  5. Click Add, and then, click Done.
  6. Sign out.
  7. On the Sign On page, TestNav appears under Apps on the bottom-left of the screen.
