Students are enrolled in an organization during the student record creation process. You can move a student to another organization by changing the student's enrollment. Use these instructions only if you need to add to or change a student's enrollment.

Open the task list and select Manage Enrollments and click Start

Click in the Organizations search area to find organizations. Select the organizations you want to show in the list, from which you will add or remove each selected student's enrollment. Click the X in an added organization to remove it from your list.

Use the check boxes to indicate whether your selected students are enrolled in each organization.

Click Save.

  • To view enrollment changes click the information icon Image Removed next to the student's name, and then click the Organization Enrollments tab. A list of organization where student is currently enrolled in will be displayed.

You can manage student enrollments to register a student in another organization(s) or to remove the student from an organization. 

Most students belong to only one organization (generally the student's school); however, some students change schools, and for testing, belong to more than one organization.

From Setup > Students, search to find the student(s) you want to edit or click the down arrow next to the Search button to reveal and select the option to show all results. You can change the Find Students setting to show only students in your currently selected session or in all available sessions.

To view enrollments, click the information icon Image Added next to the student's name. Then, click the Organization Enrollments tab to see the organizations in which the student is enrolled.Image Added

  1. From Setup, select Students.Image Added

  2. Type a student name into the search field, and click Search. Click the checkbox next to the student you want to manage.Image Added 

  3. Click Select Task, select Manage Enrollments, and click Start.Image Added

  4. Click in the Organizations search field to find organizations.Image Added 

  5. Select the organization(s) to add or remove from the selected student.Image Added

  6. Click the checkbox to enroll or un-enroll a student from an organization.Image Added

  7. Click Save.
