I Forgot My ADAM Password

If you have forgotten your ADAM password, you can request to have the password reset. If your organization uses a third-party app or a portal to sign in, see your technology personnel on how to reset your password.

Step-by-Step

1. Go to https://adamexam.com.  
2. Select Forgot password? on the ADAM login page.
3. Enter the email address or username of your ADAM account in the Password Reset window, and then select the I'm not a robot checkbox. 
4. Click the Send Reset Email button.

You should receive an email from no_reply@mzdevinc.com that contains a temporary link. Open the link in the welcome email to create a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email, check your Spam or Junk mail.
