Some features are only available to some user accounts. Each user account has a user role(s) and permissions associated with it. These permissions control the data the user can view and actions the user can perform. If you do not see a specific feature, your account is not configured to access it. See Manage Users for more information.
Your testing program will provide information identifying user roles and what each is permitted to do and see.
Alternate assessment is a term that encompasses any of a variety of means for evaluating what an individual knows or is able to do through some means other than a traditional, standardized test. Often, this form of assessment is evidence-based, with evaluation standards and measurement criteria centering on demonstrated skills or a portfolio of work associated with a specified subject area or domain of learning.
Depending on your program and your role, different assessment reports are available to you. The following is a list of different types of assessment reports:
- Status report: This report summarizes the status of alternate testing within your organization.
- Summary report: This report summarizes the alternate testing progress for your selected organization.
- Evidence report: This report summarizes the number of files of each type that have been uploaded.
View Alternate Assessment Reports
To view alternate assessment reports, follow these steps:
From Reports > Score Entry Reports, view the list of available reports.
To view a report click Display Report.
To download the reports, click Download CSV.
