What is happening?

On December 23, 2020, Pearson Access will implement a new authentication service for users to sign in to Pearson Access.

What does this mean?

Pearson Access users access the system via a new sign-in page.

On December 23, 2020, all Pearson Access users will now enter the system via single sign-on (SSO) from these URLs:

What do I have to do (and how do I do it)?

To prepare for the SSO transition, we recommend that all users review their browser bookmark for Pearson Access and update accordingly.

Current SSO Users

Users who currently sign in through single sign-on (SSO) will continue to use the same process they currently use-- enter their email and click Continue. Users can also click the appropriate customer icon displayed at the bottom of the sign-in page. The only change is the appearance of the sign-in page.

Users Currently Entering an Email and Password

Users who currently enter their email and password each time they sign in to Pearson Access, will receive an email with account information (username/email, temporary password/link to Pearson Access). Click the URL in the email and create a new password. Pearson Access will then redirect the users to a sign-in page to enter their new credentials.

Users Currently Entering an Email and Password: If you do not receive an email with the URL, you will not be able to sign in to Pearson Access on December 23, 2020. Click Help on the new sign-in page, fill in the form, and click Submit to contact Pearson support for assistance.
