Permissioned users can search by item/order number or partial description and filter the list by Org and Distribution. Select Export to export the selected tab to a CSV file.
Items Summary Tab
The Items Summary tab lists items that have been ordered, the quantity, the number waiting for approval, etc.
Navigation: Orders > Reports > Items Summary
Item Details Tab
The Item Detail tab lists items ordered by organizations.
The Orders Summary tab lists order numbers, names, etc. it includes relevant counts for orders that use the approval override process. These orders do not produce counts in the ‘Waiting for approval’ columns.
