The File Upload interaction allows testers to upload files for teacher review/hand scoring during assessments. 

Authors can set the accepted file types, enter a prompt, and add traits. Users see an area to drag and drop files or Browse for upload. Files can then be downloaded to teacher machines for review and scoring.

Create a File Upload Interaction

  1. Navigate to AD Authoring > Items > Create New.
  2. From the Editor tab, select Add Interaction > Open Response > File Upload Interaction.
  3. Enter a Prompt.
  4. Under Settings, enter the maximum number of files the tester may attach
  5. Select the Accepted File Types.
  6. Under Score Settings, enter the Max Points.

Scoring Settings

In Scoring Settings tab, select Manual Scoring, and add scoring Traits to score students across multiple traits. See also: Set Up Manual Scoring.
