PS600

Error: File not loaded - The classes file you are trying to import is not a valid .csv file type.

Open the .zip file, open the file with the error and re-save as a .csv. 

PS601

Error: File not loaded - The classes file is empty. 

Open the .zip file, review your local .csv file to ensure it has data and re-save.

PS602

Error: File not loaded - The classes file you are trying to import has an invalid header record. 

Open the appropriate file and refer to the Pearson Standard Layout to update the header row. The system cannot load the file if it does not match the header labels and header length.

PS620-PS626 

 

Error: File not loaded - Required field, abc, is missing. 

Open the classes.csv file, navigate to the appropriate line, and update the required field that is missing. 

 

PS627 

Error: Record not loaded - The Org code is not assigned to a school.

Open the classes.csv file and update the values in the Org Code column with org codes for schools. Org codes for districts or states are not valid in this column. 

PS628 

Error: Record not loaded - Org code is not found in the org file. 

Open the classes.csv file and navigate to the line with the error. Then, open the orgs.csv file, and add the org code that exists in the orgs.csv file. 

PS632 

Error: Record not loaded - Student does not exist in the student file, so they cant be added to the class. 

Open the classes.csv file and find the line with the error. Then, open the students.csv file and add/update the student ID to the students.csv file.

PS633 

Error: Record not loaded - User does not exist in the user file, so they can’t be added to the class. 

Open the classes.csv file and find the error in the ID column. Copy the user's email. Open the users.csv file and add/update the user's email in the Email column.
